With 2020 coming to an end soon and the world still struggling with a pandemic, the Brexit train has been running along in the background- almost forgotten. But that may change soon as negotiations on a possible treaty for future legal and commercial UK-EU relations are still not agreed- yet. There may be some surprises ahead. Certainly, on the 1 January 2021 the transition year will be over and the UK will no longer be treated as if it were still a member of the EU club. But what happens next…?
