6-7 May Webinar: Research and Development Agreements in English
Now more than ever before R&D agreements are essential in the modern world of business. They allow for both commercial as well as non-commercial entities to work together for the funding, research and development of new products and services. Recent events related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the EU and the pharmaceutical industry have demonstrated how critical the negotiation, drafting and implementation of such cross-border contracts can be.
Even without having any glass ball to predict the Astra-Zeneca dispute with the EU in advance, we decided earlier in the year to put together an online seminar to give those working in industry, academic institutions and other organisations a better insight into how R&D contracts should be set up, drafted and interpreted.
At the webinar Stuart Bugg will be trying (best or reasonable endeavours ?!) to guide you through this two-day online meeting and workshop. The sessions are online with contract templates and other materials being made available for discussion and consideration. There will also be time to ask questions and discuss issues related to your work.
The webinar is scheduled for 6-7 May 2021 (Thursday-Friday from 9:30 to 15:45 each day). So, as with many things in these strange times, time is of the essence: register as soon as you can.
